AeroGrowth provides automated Discord server growth, member farming, and analytics tools. You understand that while we strive for consistent growth, specific member count guarantees are not provided due to the dynamic nature of Discord communities.

3. Acceptable Use & Discord Compliance

You agree to use AeroGrowth in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Guidelines. You may not use our service to distribute malware, engage in harassment, or promote illegal activities. AeroGrowth reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or jeopardize our infrastructure.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. This includes situations where your server is found to be in violation of Discord's Community Guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

AeroGrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to server bans or member loss.
